Terms of sale

Last updated 27 October 2026.

These terms cover the digital files sold from this site by Kinder Days Press. Buying a file means you accept these terms and Payhip’s terms for the checkout.

What you are buying

• The bundle is $27. You get 3 PDFs: the book and 2 toolkits.
• The book alone is $17. You get 1 PDF: the book. The two toolkits are not included.
• There is no physical shipment, no medicine, and no supplement.

The bundle button goes to Payhip at payhip.com/b/lrapH. The book-only button goes to Payhip at payhip.com/b/8cHXM. The price you pay is the price shown on the Payhip checkout page. If this site and Payhip ever disagree, the Payhip checkout price is the one that applies.

Your license

You receive a personal license to read the PDF or PDFs in your order. You may not resell them, give copies to other people, post the files in public, or upload them to a file-sharing site. You may print a copy for your own reading.

Educational content

The site and the files are educational. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment. Talk to your doctor before you change how you eat, how you move, or how you sleep. The publisher does not promise a change in your health.

Delivery

Payhip emails a download link after checkout. The files are PDFs. If the email does not arrive, email support@cortisolparadox.com, or reply to your Payhip purchase receipt email.

Refunds

If you are not happy, you can have a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. Email support@cortisolparadox.com, or reply to your Payhip purchase receipt email. The refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, the download links are turned off. The same rule is on the refund page.

The website

We may update the pages and the files. The site is offered as it is. We do not promise that a page will always be available.

Payhip processes the payment. Their terms are at payhip.com/terms.
